Since its establishment in 1979, Lotus Management Inc. has been a success from day one. Owned and managed by Paresh & Prakash Patel it has grown and flourished to become one of the leading hotel management companies in California and Oregon.

Over the years it has consistently set and met high standards of service, cleanliness and hospitality for all the hotels under its umbrella. The parent franchise companies have also endorsed this achievement for many of the hotels by awarding them for their excellence. Currently, Lotus Management Inc. has more than 20 hotels in its portfolio with flags of various franchises including Holiday Inn Express, Best Western, Comfort Suites Suites, Super 8, Quality Inn, and Sleep Inn.

Lotus Management Inc. is unique in a way that Prakash & Paresh do not buy older properties but prefer to build them. They do this to ascertain that the hotels are not only aesthetically beautiful, but also to ensure that they are constructed with the best materials available and have all the amenities that the guests needs.
