Lotus Management, Inc. 2020 Founder's Award Recipients Announced

November 24, 2020 – Lotus Management, Inc., a premier hospitality management company located in San Jose, CA, has announced their 2020 recipients of the Lotus Founder’s Day Award.

This annual award embodies the Company founder, Jayantibhai “Jay” Patel, in recognizing of our hotel’s extraordinary team members and the service they provide for our company. These individuals demonstrate selfless service within the workplace and their community while motivating others in a positive and embracing fashion!

This year’s winners include Perla Sanchez, Facilities Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Santa Cruz, CA and Maria Arroyo, General Manager at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Watsonville, CA.

It was our pleasure to celebrate each recipient of the 2020 Lotus Founder’s Day Award with their staff, family and friends. In appreciation of their dedication, they were also presented with a monetary gift card.
